In contrast to a traditional top down approach with pre-established criteria, needs and performance indicators, our Adoptive Smallholders Engagement Approach™ reasoning is based on motivation, aspirations and capacity to succeed of smallholders through different phases of their development.

We are a consulting company based in Morocco, one of the poles of South-South cooperation, managed by a young entrepreneur with 35 years of experience in Africa at one of the world leaders in plant protection, seeds and services.

Our approach is part of the transmission, know-how and skills to young agripreneurs.

We are an incubator of ideas and solutions, we ensure the transfer of know-how and skills, while creating value throughout the agricultural chain. We encourage and stimulate inventiveness.

Our mission is to support the young generation of African smallholders and farmers and their organizations throughout their transition to modern, sustainable and inclusive agriculture. We contribute to food security.
